Clare Chamberlayne international event coach and rider applied sports psychologist is coming to do a one-day workshop.
In the one-day workshop Clare will work through a number of sports psychology principles and techniques to support you competition achievements.
Some additional information about Clare:
Applied Sports Psychology consultant – with considerable experience of working with teams and running group-based interventions, as well as working one to one with individuals. Over 8 years’ experience of working with a huge range of issues and differing areas, abilities, ages and genders.
Qualified in CBT, psychodynamic therapies.
Certified practising NLP practitioner.
International Event Rider – with experience of competing at the very top level of the sport. Former Young Rider Team Gold Medallist (Eventing 2001). Has also won international medals in dressage, in 1999 won team and individual Gold, at young rider dressage internationals.
Member of senior World Cup Squad at 2003 world cup final.
Competed at four star events, Badminton x2, Burghley x2.
Riding Instructor – has been teaching riding to all ages, levels, and abilities for over 10 years. Teaches all disciplines, eventing, dressage, show-jumping. Regularly teaches overseas including Ireland and SE Asia. Trainer to Thailand Event Team at B Grimm CCI* 2015, Pattaya, Thailand. Clinics held in Pattaya, Khorat and Chiang Mai Thailand.
