To be eligible for take the test, candidates must have passed the pony club Road Rider Achievement badge, together with their D+ test certification and be 11yrs or over – please contact me directly if you are unsure

Dont worry if your child hasn”t yet taken their road rider achievement badge, we will also be arranging this before the C test date.

Anyone expecting to take the test must attend at least 95% of the training. To be ready to take the test, candidates must be committed to putting in some hard work including lots of theory, reading and homework.

Each training session will consist of a 1hr ridden & theory/practical session

After completion of the training dates, students will be expected to undertake a mock test (with C test examiners). The examiners will then be able to advise candidates whether they are then ready to be put forward to take the actual test and constructive feedback will be given.

All training, mock and test will be at Melrose.
